Tripti, Managing Trustee of Arya Group Foundation, has been actively balancing between her motherhood & her social cause efforts. She is a second-generation business entrepreneur & also Director of Jindal SAW Limited. Outside work, she is training in Kuchipudi Dance under the guidance of Guru Srirama Chandramurthy Mahankali, to pursue her passion for Indian Classical Dance.
Tripti has been gaining prominence for her expertise after successfully executing “Barbil Art Project”. An artistic platform where renowned artists & student volunteers from different parts of the country come to Barbil in Odisha for a residency workshop; interact with the local community, understand the culture, & exhibit the skills and creations. Tripti conceptualized “BHRAMARA FESTIVAL”, a live show of Indian Classical Dances to attract the younger crowd in a more interactive & accessible way. Through this communicative show the younger crowd will be able to connect their mind, body & soul to classical dances & understand the discipline, patience & etiquettes which becomes the way of life.

Guru M. S. Ramchandra Murthy had vigorous training in the great art of Kuchipudi dance style from the young age of five as a part of gurukul system under guru Padma Bhushan Dr. Vempati Chinna Satyam. He has from an early age given solo performances and enacted various character roles in a number of ballads. His teaching acumen began to a very tender age of thirteen in the Kuchipudi Art Academy, Chennai. He was also a part of the troupe of esteemed Guru Vempati, which performed in 26 cities of USA, USSR and several other countries. He has participated actively in all major festivals of India at Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta, Chennai, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, etc. Guru M. S. Ramchandra Murthy taught at the Kuchipudi Kala Kshetra, Vizag between 1985 to 1993, and thereafter imparted training at the Kuchipudi Art Academy, Chennai. Since 1995 he is shouldering a greater responsibility as the Principal of Kuchipudi Kala Kendra, Mumbai. Presently Guru M. S. Ramchandra Murthy is working as head of the dance department at Andhra Education Society.
